Full-Time and Internship Opportunities

A partnership of MIT alums and colleagues, with an advisory board led by Dr. Ernest Moniz, are soon to be closing on one of the only early stage venture funds in the country that will focus on clean energy, and we are looking to engage with 3-4 interns over the next several months who can help us with a variety of start-up tasks but especially with a strategy and road-mapping exercise for various sub-sectors of the clean energy industry.    We’ve very successfully worked with interns from MIT and Sloan in the past, and would love to give this opportunity first to the MIT Energy Club community.

For background, below is some information on the fund:

Clean Energy Venture Fund, LP, ("CEVF" or the “Fund”), is an early stage venture capital fund. The Fund will seek to invest in 20 to 25 companies commercializing disruptive clean energy technologies and business model innovations that are able to achieve significant scale by taking advantage of market-driven forces to address global climate disruption. The Principals believe that the emergence of these technological innovations and compelling market drivers will result in widespread commercial adoption of the clean energy technologies in which the Fund invests.   CEVF is well positioned to take advantage of these trends through David Miller’s and Dan Goldman’s experience founding and leading the Clean Energy Venture Group, one of the most active and successful early stage clean energy investing groups in the country over the last ten years.    The Fund principals also include CEVG partner Temple Fennell, who brings significant financing, structuring, operating, and fund-raising expertise, and the Fund’s principals and venture partners together helped to create the northeast’s clean energy startup ecosystem.

Interested applicants should send a cover letter and resume to David Miller, Managing Director at
