MIT Energy Club Fact Sheets contribute to the Club’s mission of fact-based analysis and education by providing readers with an interesting set of raw facts on energy in the US and global contexts. Each Fact Sheet sketches out the significance on a major energy source, end-use sector, or key technology. We try to pack as much useful information as possible onto each sheet, though it is impossible to include all relevant data in a single page. References are listed on the reverse of each Fact Sheet, providing a useful starting point for further reading.
